From the inivitation card: “The signatures of the artists will be covered up during the exhibitoin and not titles will be listed, thus prividing an interesting opportunity for anyone to select a picture depending entirely on their own personal judgement. Numbered tickets will be sold, each ticket representing the ultimate owndership of one picture. The price of each ticket will be 17 guineas.” Other artists include: Picasso, Max Ernst, Kenneth Armitage, David Hockney, Anthony Hill, Gillian Wise, Man Ray, Magritte, Robin Denny.
