Swarovski Whitechapel Gallery Art Icon

A film celebrating Hodgkin being awarded the inaugural Swarovski Whitechapel Gallery Art Icon award 2014. The prize honours the lifetime achievement of one of our greatest artists. Hodgkin was chosen by a panel of art experts chaired by Iwona Blazwick, Director, Whitechapel Gallery; Stephen Deuchar, Director, The Art Fund; Ann Gallagher, Head of Collections (British Art), Tate; and, Jackie Wullschlager, Chief Art Critic, The Financial Times. He chose Martin Creed to present the award.
